Laboratory Team Leader

Mountain H2O P/L is a rapidly growing, successful and progressive Natural Spring Water bottling company leading the way in state of the art manufacturing. Ideally located in Albury, we’re looking for the best people to expand our team.

We have an exciting opportunity for a team orientated and results focused Laboratory Team Leader to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team. You will be responsible for:

  • Technical operations within the Mountain H2o test room facility
  • Development and maintenance of documentation for the facility
  • Performing investigations and evaluations to ensure that new and existing product and processes are microbiologically and analytically compliant
  • Actively promoting and educating others on Quality practices and requirements
  • Perform and report internal audits related to Food Safety and Quality standards

To be considered you must have:

  • A relevant science qualification, with proven experience in beverage and/or food laboratories
  • Demonstrated practical experience in coordinating and conducting analytical and/or microbiological testing
  • Strong knowledge of best practice and the legislative requirements for the management of chemical and biological testing facilities
  • Excellent time management, communication, planning and organisation skills

What happens next?
